Cancellation Policy

{Booking Policy} *A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. *Your session is not confirmed until the retainer is paid. *The retainer covers the loss of the blocked date and time, which cannot be booked by anyone else once reserved. *The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. {Cancellation Policy} *All cancellations result in the loss of the retainer, as it covers the reserved time. *Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance may transfer the retainer toward one rescheduled session on the next available date. *Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session will forfeit the retainer and require a new retainer to rebook. *No-shows automatically lose the retainer and require a new booking. {Rescheduling Policy} *You may reschedule once with no additional fee if requested at least 48 hours before your session. *The retainer will be applied to the new date. *Additional reschedules require a new retainer. {Late Policy} *Please arrive on time. Sessions that begin late will still end at the scheduled time. *Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a cancellation and require a new retainer to rebook. {Waitlist Policy} *If a date you want is fully booked, you may join the waitlist. *If a spot opens, you will receive a message and must confirm within 4 hours before the spot is offered to the next person. *A retainer is due immediately upon confirmation to secure the released slot. {Weather/Photographer Emergency Policy} *If the photographer must reschedule due to weather, illness, or an emergency, your retainer will automatically transfer to a new date of your choosing. *Refunds are offered only if the photographer cancels and no reschedule is possible.
